To build a strong user experience we divided Delivrable's target audience into three Personas:
• freelance photographer with "boom" and "bust" periods (AKA "feast" and "famine" periods)
• wants to offer more video services to his clients which he can share through a single app
• own a production company
• end up with extra content that might be useful to their clients like photos and video footage that don't make it into the client's final album or video
• use the service to send all their content to their client in one single gallery, clients can purchase and download all of the extra content without spending too much time discussing the price and sending invoices
• wants to share creator's content with the team without giving permission to everyone via email
• wants to get extra content without long discussions with photographer and exchange of invoices
• loves beautiful presentation via the gallery and enjoys its user-friendly nature
• wants to upsell his creations and set the price he wants to charge for extra content
