The 2 challenges Delivrable overcomes
1.
2.
Creates a single place where all files can be sent from and received by the client in an easy-to-use and visually beautiful way.
Introduces the world's first upselling platform for creators — a shoppable gallery. This e-commerce like store helps to sell additional video footage, photos, or even ideas for new creative assets that creators can provide to up-sell their work to client.

Client
He had a clear vision for the project, a passion for neomorphism, and an existing branding. He also brought a list of features and an understanding of how the site should work from a business and user perspective.
Our client is a photographer and owner of a video production company in Australia. He requested to make a landing page for his future startup.
How we helped
UX research + CJMs for two user groups
Wireframing + clickable prototypes
The launch. Coming soon.
User flow+ user stories specifying all the features
Now the project is at the front-end development stage
We helped the client to bring his startup to life by creating a super intuitive and simple service with the ability to showcase and upsell creators' materials.
We analyzed already existing file-sharing web platform solutions in a related field. Worked on the
entire UI/UX, and is now in the frontend development.
Aspirity has been excellent to work with from the very beginning of this project. Polina [design] demonstrated outstanding communication, expertise, and skill and was able to understand the unique design problems of my business and presented solutions. I've enjoyed working with Aspirity and look forward to working with them on future projects.

User portraits
To build a strong user experience we divided Delivrable's target audience into three Personas:
• freelance photographer with "boom" and "bust" periods (AKA "feast" and "famine" periods)
• wants to offer more video services to his clients which he can share through a single app
Tom
• own a production company
• end up with extra content that might be useful to their clients like photos and video footage that don't make it into the client's final album or video
Tim and Sally
• use the service to send all their content to their client in one single gallery, clients can purchase and download all of the extra content without spending too much time discussing the price and sending invoices
• CEO of a brand
• wants to share creator's content with the team without giving permission to everyone via email
Hannah
• wants to get extra content without long discussions with photographer and exchange of invoices
• loves beautiful presentation via the gallery and enjoys its user-friendly nature
• wants to upsell his creations and set the price he wants to charge for extra content
Features
The client can find the item's price and description, review the item, favorite it, and add it to the cart for instant download upon payment. A special feature allows clients to leave a message for the creator.
A client sees the gallery with extra creative assets that do not form a part of the originally contracted deliverables in the creator-client project.
Shoppable galleries

A creator can sell an idea too. The service allows creating a commercial proposal, which outlines the range of services included in the idea implementation. The price is already set and visible.
Sell Ideas
Adaptive design
Users can view galleries from any convenient device, and the site will show them everything as the creator intended.

Easy onboarding
We created two onboarding session scenarios for creators and for their clients.
The service plans to create a premium plan for creators on a subscription basis. It will allow to customize the creator's profile, send automatic notifications to clients and remind them of the gallery expiration date.
